Defective
Merchandise Returns

(RMA) FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
Place a claim
immediately with the shipping carrier if damaged merchandise is
discovered. Delay in filing your claim with carrier could void
your insurance. If shipping carton shows no damage, place a hidden
damage claim. Return
of damaged merchandise to theguitarfinder.com will void your insurance
and terminate your ability to reclaim value.
IMPORTANT--
Do not request return authorization if value involved is 2% or
less, of your order. Your Return will not be accepted!

Time Limit:
A request for a Return Merchandise Authorization must be submitted
to theguitarfinder.com SALES within 30 days of the date and time
you received the merchandise. Requests made later than 30 days
will NOT be honored.
Return of
merchandise must be put into effect within 2 days after you receive
notification that a return is authorized.
Return Shipment:
Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and bear the theguitarfinder.com
"Return Merchandise Authorization number" (RMA number)
supplied to you when return is authorized by theguitarfinder.com.
Unless authorized,

number, return will be considerably delayed in processing.
