products sold through Guitarfinder.com come with their respective
manufacturer's warranty. You can learn more about a specific
manufacturer's warranty by going to their respective websites.

What company will ship my item to me? And how do you figure
shipping into my total cost?
We use
FedEx ground for all shipping procedures, however, if you
would prefer an alternate shipping method, please E-mail
us or call 1-866-434-6337. Read our shipping
policy for costs.
3) If I decide I don't want the item I ordered, can
I send it back?
You
may return a product to theguitarfinder.com for a full refund
minus shipping if you are not completely satisfied (within
30 days of delivery) but you need to follow our return
policies to do so. It's fairly basic, but check it out.
4) What if my guitar is damaged? Is it a hassle to
get it replaced?
Not
at all. Let us know of the problem right away and we'll
make individual arrangements with you to get it replaced.
And hey, if it's damaged during shipping, we'll make arrangements
with FedEx to get the shipping costs re-imbursed to you.

Is my personal information safe with Guitarfinder?
Of course
it is. We do NOT sell nor release any customer information
to ANYBODY. Period! We'll watch your back.
6) Do you sell email lists? I don't want my email
shared with other companies.
No,
we do not sell any kind of customer information nor release
it including your email. Think of it this way: We have a
Merchant/Customer confidentiality clause! God doesn't even
know your email.
